PARATUSEC is proud to have been awarded a Seaport Enhanced Multiple Award Contract valued at over five (5) billion dollars per year over the next 10 years. Seaport E a Multiple Award Contract (MAC), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle is designed to provide full range engineering, programmatic, and technical support and professional services to Virtual SYSCOM (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, NAVSUP, SPAWAR, Strategic Systems Program (SSP), and NAVFAC) as well as Commander, Naval Installations (CNI) and the US Marine Corps. Sea Port-e furthers the Navy’s Sea power 21 objectives to increase efficiency, enabling customers to tailor services according to their needs. Seaport E is a system engineering and analysis/advanced technology support contract.

The PARATUSEC team is geographically dispersed across the US to support task order execution nearly anywhere within the SeaPort-e Zones: 1, 2, 4, and 5. We currently do not support the Mid-Atlantic, Southwest, and the Northwest  Zone.

Quality Assurance

PARATUSEC provides tailored and customized Quality Assurance Plans for the Project Management of each particular Task Order. Our Quality
Assurance program assures the delivery of work according to the budget, schedule, and statement of work. Through reducing the transmission of mistakes through Planning, Control, Leadership and use of industry best practices for quality, TEAM PARATUSEC is able to deliver on its promise. Also our unique form of collaborative engagement approach to assuring quality, allows us throughout the lifecycle of a task order to effectively and efficiently manage, measure, and continuously improve quality during the execution of each specific task order.

PARATUSEC Quality Assurance Plans include:

 

-Periodic inspections and meetings with key and principal stakeholders

-Collaborative performance based metrics and monitoring systems analysis

-Continuous improvement workshops with team members and subcontractor key personnel

-Monthly and quarterly quality control meetings with key stakeholders and government contracting officer representative(s).
