Quality Assurance

PARATUSEC provides tailored and customized Quality Assurance Plans for the Project Management of each particular Task Order. Our Quality Assurance program assures the delivery of work according to the budget, schedule, and statement of work. Through reducing the transmission of mistakes through Planning, Control, Leadership and use of industry best practices for quality, TEAM PARATUSEC is able to deliver on its promise. Also our unique form of collaborative engagement approach to assuring quality, allows us throughout the lifecycle of a task order to effectively and efficiently manage, measure, and continuously improve quality during the execution of each specific task order.

PARATUSEC Quality Assurance Plans include:

-Periodic inspections and meetings with key and principal stakeholders

-Collaborative performance based metrics and monitoring systems analysis

-Continuous improvement workshops with team members and subcontractor key personnel

-Monthly and quarterly quality control meetings with key stakeholders and government contracting officer representative(s).
